From my experience, I have found that the best way to get courses is to get them by field experts with certificates, and the most platforms that offer this service for me are:

COURSERA
COURSERA is a free learning site that offers MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) courses from well-known universities. All COURSERA courses contain pre-recorded video lectures that you can watch when it is convenient for you.
Most COURSERA courses are paid in the first look, but you can ask for financial support to get a free courses with their certificates as much as you want.

This site is offering free programs from accredited institutions. These free certification courses online available on this platform are designed by a leading university.

It is no doubt that Machine Learning opens up lots of opportunities for one’s career. The field took off in the 2010s and has been growing ever since. Congnitive Classes AI cognitiveclass.ai is an online platform that offers courses in various fields of AI. Their technologies and content are powered by IBM.
It primarily provides courses in English but does have some courses in Japanese, Spanish and Russian.
Their courses treats: leading-edge technologies Blockchain, Data Science, AI, Cloud, Serverless, Docker, Kubernetes and more...
What you will get?
After each course or each learning path, you will get a certificate from IBM and a badge that you can share on your social media networks.

Enroll the course and start learning
Each time you complete a module or lesson you will have a short quiz to check your knowledge (3 to 5 questions).
When you finish the entire course, you will have a final exam in 1 hour to be submited (Most of times, you can finish the final exam in less than 15 minutes because it still simple)
After completing your exam with success, you will get a badge and a certficates directly for free.
To pass the course you neet to get a score of 60% (some times it can be 70% ... it depends on the course) or higher in the final score (exam + quiz).
